Due to the nature of availability, staffing, and boat preparation, no-shows, late arrivals, changes to reservation size or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved trip time are nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we reserve your seats and have to turn away other interested passengers if seating is not available. Cancellations can be made by calling 609-398-5800 24 hours a day. Cancellations made beyond the 24 hours are fully refundable.
Shore Water Sports, LLC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled excursion in the event of predicted or present poor weather conditions, a mechanical malfunction, or if a minimum passenger requirement is not met. These types of cancellations are determined by the staff at Shore Water Sports, LLC, and are fully refundable
